DROP A NEW PIN! WE ARE DERANGING YOUR MAPS! The affect studies conference for 2020 is on the move!

After three years in Lancaster Pennsylvania at Millersville University (affectWTF: October 2015, Capacious: August 2018, and SSASS seminars: July 2019), the Society for the Study of Affect (via Capacious: Journal for Emerging Affect Inquiry) will be meeting at the University of Kentucky for three days of conference stream-panels, workshops, plenary talks, provocative-evocative interventions (that we are calling “Uncharted: There Be Monsters”) and more. 

As with the 2015 AffectWTF and 2018 Capacious conferences, MAPS will carry on the tradition of experimenting with, expanding upon, and exiting from traditional conference boundaries. Please see the full announcement here for more information.
